This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) governs the manner in which Alva-Amco Pharmacal Companies, LLC (the “Company,” “we” or “us”) collects, uses, processes, maintains and discloses information collected from users (“Users,” and each a “User” or “you”) through our websites, including https://www.alva-amco.com/ and www.alvaprofessional.com and other specific brand websites that we own and which are hyperlinked to this Privacy Policy (collectively referred to as “Websites”).

When you exercise these rights and submit a request to us, we may verify your identity by asking you for your email address, telephone number, and physical address. We will endeavor to honor these requests unless such a request conflicts with certain lawful exemptions under the California Consumer Protection Act. Please note that Alva-Amco Pharmacal Companies, LLC is only required to honor such requests twice in a 12-month period.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights.
